Well then... this is text.
Well hello strangely public journal in which I write to on occasions such as these.
I've been shittier than usual lately and in the wonderful words of the terribly addictive show "Glee" I'm in a massive 'funk'.
I think it's my new laptop, I did in the old hunk of crap I was using and now with this... the screen isn't just behind my tablet, it's behind this immobile bloody keyboard! D:
It makes me sadface in the most unbearable way. I've taken up not trying to make anything look good in the neat way, this gives me an excuse to do imitation watercolour or something now.

So I came home, unpacked my ridiculous amounts of shit, and WHAT DO YA FUCKING KNOW, my tablet pen has gone missing! D:
I can only imagine my poor little baby lost on a plane somewhere, in the heart of some backwards country, scared out of it's little... wires(?) !!
It's $30 to get a new one and it would all be good and dandy, but my parents are all: "You just turned 17 but you don't get a birthday present because you just tried to escape the state and we had to save your homeless ass!"
Which is totally understandable; but I need a tablet pen D:
The stress and graphite/lead poisoning are killing me!
Escapee
I made it for 6 weeks on the Gold Coast, before I became homeless. We got attacked by a Cereal Killer, only he was legit, we found ourselves in odd predicaments, and still we lived to tell the tale.
I just got back today, simply because we had nowhere else to go, we ran out of cash and we weren't sure what we should do; so as one would do, we used our only fallback. "The tail between the leg technique" back to our parents.
I won't tell the rest, I'm writing a story about it. I will admit, it was the best time of my life.

We all think of running away, but do we ever actually comply?
As children, sure we always pack our sack with toys and a sandwich before triumphantly skittering out the front gate only to turn around. Maybe some of us even get down the street.
Anyway, my point is: why not run away for real?
Without the money and other complete necessities we obviously can't make a break for it; but if you had it, would you go?

I'd jump countries, settle in a USA city or a nice place in Europe and be to my surroundings as a sponge is to water. I'd be so entranced I have to explain it using simile-metaphor language.
